Small independently owned cafe/store needs Assistant Manager to oversee store operations.
Able and willing to work a varied and flexible work schedule. Must have previous store management experience including inventory, merchandising and employee relations.
Oversees total store operation
Maintains company operational policies and procedures
Knowledge of cash handling procedures
Works closely with store manager to ensure goals are accomplished
Addresses customer complaints and ensures customer satisfaction
Effectively communicates with employees in a leadership role
